MMA is a full combat sport that allows the use of both striking and grappling techniques, both standing and on the ground, from a variety of other combat sports and martial arts. MMA has its origin from the UFC(Ultimate Fighting Championship). It is mainly of striking based arts such as Boxing, Kick Boxing and Muay Thai with the takedowns and submission techniques and recently the incorporation of grappling based style reached the highest level of competition. The common disciplines are stand up striking, clinching, ground control.


Here with us in XFC we offer 90 minute practise duration where you will be trained in fitness for first 30 mintutes and the next 60 minutes of rigorous MMA art form.


So MMA training overall improves the overall fitness of the trainee and also helps to get to know the various fighting techniques in one art form.
